Our office is slowly up and going! During this very trying time caused by the COVID-19 Virus, our appointment times need to be altered. As you can imagine, this is going to be a task in itself. We are contacting patients that are currently scheduled, to notify them that there is a possibility that your appointment time may have to be altered. Before the Pandemic, we were seeing hygiene (teeth cleanings) every hour; we now need to adjust those appointments to every hour and twenty minutes.
We do ask that you please be patient and understanding as we are trying our best to get everyone scheduled accordingly. Below are a few important details regarding appointments:
Per The Texas State Dental Board of Dental Examiners and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), EVERY patient must do a new Health History Update as well as a COVID-19 Release. These forms will be emailed to you and are also accessible by clicking here. These must be completed before your appointment so that we can stay on time for each patient.
For the patients that we had to cancel due to the COVID-19 Virus, we are working tirelessly on our schedule to get you back in as quickly as possible, and we thank you in advance for your patience.
If you have an appointment and you do not feel comfortable enough to attend (to which we completely understand), please call us as soon as possible. This will allow us to fill the appointment time quickly.
We are asking that patients please call us from their vehicle once you arrive for your appointment. We must limit the number of people in our reception area. With that said, no family members or guests allowed (except for Caregivers, etc.).
Every patient must wear a mask to enter our office. This is very important for both the patient's and our staff's safety.
Your temperature will be taken upon arrival.
The staff at Dr. Branchs' office is very committed to providing you with the best dental care, and your safety is essential to us. We may seem a little different when you first see us (face masks, gowns, hair coverings, etc.) but we promise we are still the family-friendly office you have grown accustomed to!
If you have ANY questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our office at any time. We are here for you and appreciate your patience in this serious but delicate matter.
We look forward to seeing all your wonderful smiling faces soon!
